I wish I had used a more reputable company. Toner24 are impossible to get hold of over the phone and their customer service representatives are based in Germany so all email responses seemed to come straight through Google Translate.

They made me jump through so many hoops so that I could return a FAULTY product. I found it impossible to fill in some of the returns forms they had sent me. It was an absolute headache and I believe their returns process is intentionally set up in this way. After many emails backwards and forwards I gave up. The faulty item went in the bin (along with my money).

As well as the monetary loss, I believe that Toner24's defective product caused significant damage to my printer. You have been warned.

On the toner24 website they state a standard delivery will take 1 or 2 days. Well it doesn't I'm still waiting on it. I read this forum and thought, because I was in a hurry to print my dissertation, and the site had good reviews on delivery speed, to order from toner24. In short I am not happy with the delivery of toner 24.

I received excellent service throughout. My order arrived earlier than expected and was well packaged. I made an enquiry using email and received a very speedy reply to my query. One of the main things for me was that the ink cartridges arrived in the original manufacturer's packaging which gave me a clear understanding of the 'use by date'. I did not know this when I placed the order and it could be something that Toner24 could make more obvious for the potential customer. I have been delighted with the service and the product and will certainly return to this company and recommend to my friends. Brilliant -- Keep up the good work Toner24

I searched and found on Review centre the above supplier for coloured toners for my HP Laserjet Colour. I only wanted the colours since I had already purchased a black.

The toners were genuine HP and not compatibles. I did not want compatibles as I had had a very unfortunate experience using them previously which resulted in having to ditch a very good and reasonably new printer.

On this site I found a colour Combi at a very reasonable price. Delivery was free by UPS and not only this, I ordered on Monday and it was delivered perfectly packaged from Germany on Thursday.

The service was excellent and I cannot recommend this supplier enough for simple, easy and quick service. Their label is now fixed to my printer and I shall use them again.
