Prompt Reaction To A Problem
As a new customer I bought 2 sets of JetTec inks for my Epson P50 printer. The printer rejected both yellows. I reported this by e-mail on Sunday and received 2 replacements in Tuesday's post.
Impossible to improve such brilliant service and I have already recommended you to my daughter.
Great Customer Service
I recently bought a new HP Envy printer,and some compatible ink from ink-trade. It seems that HP have upgraded their software in an attempt to force customers to buy the much more expensive HP ink.
As a result, the ink supplied by Ink-trade did not work as the printer refused to recognize the cartridge.
I emailed Ink-trade who replied promptly and then phoned me to understand the nature of the problem. They offered a refund if I wanted it, but more importantly contacted the manufacturer, ensured the problem was understood and a few days later posted to me a newly manufactured re-chipped cartridge that works perfectly - despite HP's efforts to prevent this.
The customer service was outstanding and I am very happy. I would certainly recommend dealing with Ink-trade, and will be ordering more ink today.
Fantastic Prices, Next Day Delivery.
Ordered a set of inks from here and they delivered next day. Inks came as new and sealed in original Jet Tec packaging. Very impressed with the price. I always use Jet Tec inks and these were the cheapest that I could find on the net. Thank you all at Ink-Trade you have made a customer out of me.
Got My Cartridges Next Day,
I was very happy with my order from Ink-Trade. Ordered some new cartridges for my Canon printer and they arrived next day. All in all I would definitely recommend anyone to try them out. The cartridges for my printer were the cheapest I could find online and I wasn't prepared to go to somewhere like Tesco as they would have been alot more expensive for the same product!
