Thankyou for the quick delivery of my order. If it hadnt LEAKED INTO MY PRINTER AND SEAPED OUT ONTO MY OAK DESK IT WOULD HAVE BEEN GREAT :-(

Replacement Ink Cartridges
I have used Stinkyink.com on two occassions at extremely cost effective and competitive prices
This to replace all ink cartridges on my Cannon MG5550
To date the printer accepted these alternative (non Cannon) cartridges with no questions asked
Their service was express - all cartridges received within a couple of days and communications also excellent

I've replaced the magenta cartridge in my Epson WF 7710 printer but the ink is not printing. I've tried with 3 new magenta cartridges but the printer isn't using the ink at all. I had a similar problem a while ago (several cartridges ago) and was advised to remove more of the paper covering the top of the cartridge to allow better ink flow. When I did this previously - it worked. It was one of the things I tried this time with one of the cartridges - but it didn't work. I've run the head cleaning program - no good.
I don't know if it's the cartridges or the printer. Can you advise please?
