Doitwiser Ignore The Sale Of Goods Act
Purchased a toner cartridge for OKI MB460
The Printer rejected the Cartridge as 'No Toner'
- faulty or incompatible chip - so 'Not of merchantable quality'
They refused any refund as 'out of warranty' and since it was beyond Amazon's 60 days it's either Trading Standards or County Court.
DON'T TRUST them.

Avoid - Poor Service, No Refund After 60 Days!
Poor service, I bought a set of toners for my new printer. None of them worked, after calling the customer services I was told my printer was too new and would not accept 'compatible' cartridges! They agreed to refund, I emailed and called back numerous times and still no refund, despite being told it will be in my account within 5 days. It has now been 2 months and I have finally received my refund as promised. Poor service, false promises regarding the refund and a product that did not work, would recommend not to anyone!!*
