Can't Be Bothered To Talk.
I ordered a custom made set of bowls. I was informed at time of order that the lead time was 13 weeks.
I wanted a custom logo that I supplied. Weeks went past. No proof supplied. So I chased it and got the proof, approved it.
More weeks went by, no contract, no emails no news. 5 weeks to delivery I contact them. Get promised a call back. No contact.
3 weeks to delivery I chase again. This time I get a call back. After I chase again on the same day. Turns out they have none of the powder that they make the bowls from. Another 5 weeks till delivery of that. Not impressed.
I would advise against ordering custom from this company. Find what you like in a shop and buy from there!
