I Would Fully Recommend Couriagnos Beach Club. If

I would fully recommend Couriagnos Beach Club. If we were to go back to Kavos- we wouldn't go anywhere else but there! They are set in a cute piece of land, with the main block of apartments having a garden view facing the sea. They really are fab. There are free safety deposit boxes, which is a real bonus. The staff are mega friendly- when we were there, there were two little Albanian twins about 13/14, and they were so sweet. Don't know if they'd still be there now- but they made our holiday. Nikos beat me at an arm wrestle every time!

Kavos is for lounging by the pool by day and going party mad by night- there really isn't much to do in the day unless you pay for the day trips. It suited us girl's coz we got the hangover cure, just soaked up the sun all day, and prepared for the next night! It's like the whole town revolves around the night; each day preparing the streets for another mad one. It really isn't very nice in the day- but it didn't bother us, we only needed to go into town for the supermarket!

We went in September for two weeks, and apart from the last couple of days- we had glorious hot weather. People shouldn't worry about going in September, coz it really does still have the buzzing night life. It's probably better than going in July/August as I bet it is proper rammed during these months and the prices for drinks etc... shoot up too. I don't recommend going in October as you will see more families (for some UNKNOWN reason!!), and a lot of the bars shut for the season and weathers not brilliant- but I suppose anything's better than England!

Bars to go to anyway! Buzz bar, definitely. They let you dance on the tables, RnB n hiphop mainly and the drinks are pretty mad! And the barmen are great. 3 for 1 on cocktails and free shots- you can guarantee your feeling pretty off it went you come out of there. Next door to there is 42nd St bar. This is okay- its gets busier earlier rather than later and its where a lot of the bar crawls start- dance music here. 42nd St is also the bar that is right in front of the Couriagnos apartments! You have to walk down the side of 42nd St to get to your accommodation. So having an early night or having a chilling night- is out of the question coz the music is MEGA loud.

Up the other end of the street, Crash bar for garage, personally I thought it was pretty rubbish but the fella I met out there and his mates thought it was amazing! Depends what you are into I suppose! 3 free clubs to go to, funky house and RnB being the main tunes- and if your not battered enough then these are good places to go to. As they're underground/sealed indoors they can play the music for as long as they want depending on the crowd- unlike the bars that have to finish at 1.

Its been a while since we got back from Kavos, so cant quite remember all the names of bars- but those are the ones that stick in my mind. Loads of restaurants really- TEX MEX, deffo go there. They do Mexican, Chinese and Indian and it's all a treat! Best restaurant I've ever been too. Loads of English restaurants (mint for ya hangover cure breaky!), not to mention the naughty MacDonald's, pizza hut, burger king etc...!!!

Well, cud write a gallon on Kavos but you have stop somewhere! It's the place for sun, rubbish sea, rubbish sand and (The beach is minging.) Proper worth a trip to!

OI OI KAVOY!
