Sunny Beach, Belleville Hotel

just came back after a great week at the belleville this is our 3rd year there great banter and frank makes the holiday never laughed so much allways something to do food better this year and hotel staff are nice rooms are great size great family hotel and has that personel touch you allways fell welcome cant wait till next year geat value for money

Myself and my wife have just returned from a week at the Belleville. All in all a nice hotel and convenient for buses to nessebar or the centre of sunny beach. Staff and room were pleaseant. My only criticism is the lack of tea/coffee facilities in the rooms, especially when you are asked not to bring food or drink in from outside. We arrived at 2 am and were disappointed not to be able to get a cup of tea. My advice is to take a small kettle with you and purchase tea/coffee/sugar & milk at the nearby 24hr supermarket.

had a really good stay there very clean, staff really friendly. food good value for money. 5 mins from sunny beach so nice and quiet there. when you get there there sign saying no alcohol to be bought in from out the hotel and can,t be drunk in the room or around the pool, but don,t worry too much no body bothered use or any body else. the pool a little bit too small, just use the other pools around there.or even yes the pools on the beach front .

Hotel was very clean, staff were excellent especially one in particular, he made our holiday. We have never laughed so much, we have just come back from a two week holiday and have booked again for september i would recommend Belleville Hotel to everyone who likes a laugh and likes to join in with the banter.

Very clean, extremely helpful reception, lift to all floors, entertainer was a joy, he makes you feel on holiday, resident taxi driver is someone you will trust with your life. Food was fine for me, but then I am not very fussy. I have had better but then again have had worse. Do not let the food comments put you off staying here. Pizza, burgers, chips etc. available all day at a small cost.

Flight home - you may have to vacate your room at noon with some flights only departing nearly 18 hours later - a very tiresome experience. If I was to repeat this holiday I would book a day flight when going home. 9/10. I would definitely return to this hotel, late September is very popular with the over 50's and they were all very nice people

We stayed at this hotel cos we thought it would be family friendly, we had a gang of boys staying in room above and they would party, play loud music, stomp on floor so the noise in our room was awful, this would happen every night from approx 1am til 4ish, we would ring reception who would promise that they would sort it out but nothing would never get done. The people in the room next to us had also complained and said that quite a few complaints had gone in the week before we arrived about these boys but still nothing got done. The receptionist had told us that she had told the manager but he had done nothing but she assured us that if it happened again that they would call the police. Again this never happened these boys would then sleep all day. The manager lives on site and seems friendly. The food was always look warm and not the best so we ate out every night which was cheap enough, the rooms were clean but smelled a bit damp, the towels were clean every day but always had stains on them, the rep didn't even see us off and when our bus to take us back to the airport was 45 mins late we started to panic cos we didn't know who to tell, luckily the friendly English barman told us the buses were usually late and put us at ease. I must say I was glad to be home and feel I need a holiday to get over this one. I would go back to Bulgaria but not this hotel

Small friendly hotel nice size rooms very clean staff very helpful, situated about half between the Centre of Sunny Beach and Nessebar. There is a good bus service and a little train that runs from just outside the hotel to the centre of sunny beach or into Nessebar, but as we were there at the end of the season the train stopped and the buses were less frequent. Quite a way outside the centre of sunny beach the food was ok if you were staying for a few days, but became repetitive and the choice was very limited. The pool is very small although it was fine when we were there I should imagine it would get over crowded during the busy season, there was the usual problem of towels being put on the best located beds early in the morning, and there were no pads on the beds which made them very uncomfortable to lie on for any length of time, some of the guests that used them all day bought air beds.

There are apparently improvements being made to this hotel ready for next season, though I don't know exactly what these will be, I think their priority should be the food and the pads on the chairs as this seem to be what everyone was complaining about, then this hotel might warrant its 3 star status.

Everything in the centre started to close down during our second week and ended up like a ghost town by the time we left on the 12th October, don't recommend anyone to go to Sunny Beach during that week. The Beach opposite the Hotel is a Nudist Beach and the other beaches in close proximity were very dirty, that said there are a lot of new apartments and hotels nearing completion nearby, so maybe by next season the area will be cleaned up, It would then be an ideal place to stay to avoid the noise from the centre, but with easy access when required. Food and drink is very cheap as expected therefore if I visited Sunny Beach again I would go bed & breakfast or self catering that way you can eat what you want when you want.

Had a really good holiday with my girlfriend at the Belleville Hotel, room was nice and clean - maid service everyday, pool was nice but can get annoying with kids jumping in and out all the time. Food was pretty good but its pretty cheap to eat out over there so easy to pass up. Really friendly reception/waitresses etc, taxi driver and his dad excellent and will not try and rip you off like others do. Nice pool side food and cheap bar and supermarket a minutes walk. Bit of a walk into town centre but easy to get used to or just get a taxi. Would go back.

Sunny Beach, Belleville Hotel - Very good staff. Helpful resdent taxi driver.

Had a fantastic holiday, Belleville Hotel was very clean and the staff and management of the hotel were brilliant. Rooms are clean and of very high standards. Food was excellent too as since a small hotel only 38 rooms they catered to British only.

Will definitely return
