Hotel Diamond, Kazanlak Bulgaria

I booked a single room at the Hotel Diamond and arrived quite early. I asked to leave my luggage until check-in time. But the helpful staff said that they would upgrade me to a much nicer room which was ready at that moment. Lovely views, king-size circular bed, lovely robes, slippers, toothbrushes all provided. Each conversation with the Reception staff was handled politely and with such personal interest. The location is just opposite the large Art and History Museum, along a pedestrian street of sidewalk cafes. All was charming and centrally located. Highly recommended!
