Really Bad. Manager Doesn't Care About The Park, J
Really bad. Manager doesn't care about the park, just the money, park doesn't flow, too many wee kids and neds. Just spend the wee extra bit of petrol/diesel and go to aberdeen, their park is a lot better.
The park is decent when empty, but gets boring as you can't go round the whole park when its got wee kids and you can only go in straight lines. Your child will most likely get started on by a ned as the park is situated in Douglas.
I would also like to say that if you do go to The Factory and you see a product you would like to buy that you should search around the internet for it as I can assure you that you will find it cheaper, as the place charges a lot more than the product should cost. And also don't use the vending machines in the reception, go up stairs to the caf , it will probably be a bit cheaper and the owner of the caf and his staff are much nicer that the manager and his son, the caf would be better of with the money as the owner of the building is making them leave the building even though their still paying rent.
Over all, just don't go to The Factory Skatepark.

Good Park But Is Far Too Full Of Small Children To
Good park but is far too full of small children to have a good skate, the park is aimed at very young children with youth activities etc. Almost impossible to skate without crashing into a 10 year old on a BMX or scooter. Most of the staff are friendly, but the manager & manager's son are very unreasonable and are very much control freaks. The park is never changed, and the only time it has hardly ever been changed around, or had new ramps added. Customer service very bad, a customers rollerblades were stolen and it took them two days to check the CCTV, and when they finally got round to it the CCTV footage had been lost. The park needs to stop aiming itself at 6-10 year olds and concentrate more on being a skatepark instead of a kindergarden!
