The Boneyard Skatepark Is A Fantastic Skatepark. I

The Boneyard skatepark is a fantastic skatepark. I've been attending for many years and over time I have seen the skatepark develop into extremely community minded skatepark with a fantastic set of ramps.

There are literally thousands of skate lines to explore if your into that, or you can take advantage of an incredibly smooth jump box an accompanying verts.

Recently they've also added a huge half pipe which so far throughout summer has been a dream to skate on a sunny day.

The staff are extremely friendly and helpful, as well are the locals. There is a selection of food, drink and snacks plus brews for parents (or caffeine addicted children).

I would warn that the weekends are very busy due to the novice hours and the fact that that is the day that most parents can bring their kids. But if your at a novice/intermediate level then you will still have a very good time and I wouldn't let that deter you.

If you want something a little quieter, or a session, then turn up on weekday nights or Sundays.

As I said at the start, an extremely good skate park and well worth a visit.

An Awesome Skatepark, Reasonable Price And Enough

An awesome skatepark, reasonable price and enough ramps to skate there for at least 2 hours.

Has a nice atmosphere, staff and other skaters are generally nice - never encountered an uncomfortable situation. Can get a little busy at times though - particularly weekends, and there are often unannounced closures, causing inconvenience.

The prices have changed since I last went, however I would've liked to have known these in advance, the food and drinks are also of good value and there is also a skateshop there, selling good value clothes and skateboard/bmx/rollerblade equipment.

I Think It Is Great At The Bone Yard Skateboard Pa

I think it is great at the Bone Yard Skateboard Park, everyone is really friendly. When you arrive you walk into a friendly environment and are greeted by a warm welcome. I would recommend this skatepark to anyone! I do not live near but try and get up there as often as i can. I live over an hour away but i still try and get there as much as i can.

I Get The Feeling That Something Has Gone Badly Wr

I get the feeling that something has gone badly wrong with this skate park, as I cannot believe that the previous reviews relate to what I found. Very poor in my estimation, and if people are visiting from around the world they must have been badly disappointed.

The Boneyard Skatepark Is One Of The Best Maintain

The Boneyard Skatepark is one of the best maintained parks in the uk, the park is always resurfacing ramps and is kept tidy. Smooth rides guaranteed. Over the last year or so, many new ramps/features have been added to the park , these include: a new jumpbox with rolled landing, a completely redesigned section of the park that they are constantly improving, kink box, big grind box/ledge, many resurfaced ramps and more to come. The staff and the people who use the park are very friendly making for a great time, the vast differences between many of the ramps means that the park is perfect for any level, from a first timer, to a world class professional. Many tours have stopped by the park for a skate, the most recent being the Valo rollerblading tour including some of the best rollerbladers in the world: Chris haffey, jeff stockwell ,alex broskow, erik bailey, jon julio and more. Many pro's stop by the park for a session; another example of how good it is. Rollerbladers, skateboarders and bmxers are allowed into the park. On quiet days, mountain bikes and other types of generally non skatepark sports (mountain boards, trials bikes, scooters) may be allowed into the park.
