Orapolicy Treated Me As A Customer Not As A Transaction
I purchased a MacBook Pro last year for my office work. And after one month it got damaged due to water spilled on it. My board was replaced costing near Rs.68000/- Apple guy asked me to take insurance so that by next time I wud not have to bear this much expensive replacement cost. So I asked my friend, who suggested me ORA Policy, I took 3 Year insurance plan from their website.
10 days ago, my macbook screen got some green lines and I don't know how it happened, I was clueless but obviously it was hampering my work, I immediately contacted ORA Policy customer service.
Next day they guys arranged pickup of my MacBook and yesterday I got my macbook back with new screen. They even didn't ask how that happened. It was amazing experience.
