Slater's Country Hotel & Craft Village

We were on a budget and went to look at loads of places. Slater's was one of the least expensive but offered loads more than some twice the price or more. The setting, in the countryside, was beautiful, the staff so friendly and helpful. Even on the day, the hotel housekeeping staff looked after us and really made us feel special even though we were making such a tip of the bedrooms while getting ready!!!! The rooms where so clean and tidy when we got there! The bar staff brought us food and drink, the gardens and function room was decorated out of this world and everything went as planned. We even had an impromptu party and breakfast the next morning and everyone was just so lovely. Special thanks to for their efforts!
