Grunwerg Kettle

This is a cute teapot.I think it looks slightly cosmic or like a spacecraft item. Pleasantly pleased with the lack of a large number of plastic inserts in this kettle. This device has long been with me and helps me to wake up in the morning brewing water for coffee or tea. Otherwise, it is quite an ordinary household appliance with a good value for money. I hope he will serve me a couple more years. After all, usually these kettles serve only a year and a half and then they have to be changed.

Imported Rubbish From China

After a few months of use the kettle started to rust from inside. On the box it says Grunwerg all over. I'm very small print on the base it says made in China. I contacted Grunwerg who said they would not help as they are just a distributor. So why have Grunwerg slapped all over the box ?

The company should be shut down. Customers don't get any help at all in fact you're passed into an abyss of nothing! I.e. You just wasted your money.

I don't know how these companies can operate like this the guarantee and warranty and products supplied are rubbish !

The company uses a European name to imply good quality.

It should be made clearer who the manufacturer is and the length of the warranty.
