Literally nothing bad to report from my experiences with this site, I order stuff and stuff always turns up on time and as described, always a bargain to be had and the mystery boxes are on point! I've received double the box value a few times! I would recommend this site to anyone!
If I were to think of something to make the site better?, maybe an app so I can order things faster? Lol

customer care is virtually non-existent , do not reply to web messages or emails, say they have sent items which are not received, i have lost over £110 with this comany and am not amused!!!
Do Not Use - They Don't Respond If Something Goes Wrong
The first time we used the throwing knives the tip bent on one and the handle covering started to fray on another. Asked for an exchange or refund via the online form, support email addresss (bounces straight back) and facebook multiple times and have heard nothing. Will soon be taking them to court.
Same for me and many others it seems.
I have their address which I found through inputting their company registration number into Companies House government website.

This company called "Artemis" is also the one that has taken my money and I suspect yours and everyone else's too. I think a joint effort is required. We all submit a complaint to trading standards together. Otherwise there is little impact and little response to be achieved I'm afraid. Also there are specialist police authorities that deal with cyber crime. E.g. attempting fraud, obtaining funds through criminal activity, etc.
I wonder how best to pool our collective voices together into one? Suggestions welcome. [email protected]
