Chopaholic fish filleting knife

After reading reviews on these knives and the customer service woes, I’m so glad I purchased mine from Amazon uk. I purchased salmon and fish filleting knives. They are not what is described. Poor quality and not fit for purpose.

Just sending mine back later today. As for professional standard, I’m sure a pro chef would love to give their opinion on these knives. They were good a long time ago, but not now.

They described the filleting knife a flexible. Well don’t be fooled, as it ain’t unless you force it and that defeats the objective of, it making filleting fish an easy job. The transportation blade cover on filleting knife is beyond useless.
