6000 Orders Outstanding .... Place Your Order Somewhere Else

Place your order somewhere else they have 6,000 orders outstanding ! ....... I placed an order for a hot-tub on 21st May and they confirmed delivery would be 6 to 8 weeks and I would get a call from them 2 weeks prior to my delivery date to confirm a time and date. I have been in contact with them 3 times and today 8 weeks later (21 July) I have just been told they have backlog of 6,000 orders, don't know when they will get delivery as they are having problems with suppliers in China (who are working but obvioulsy not for them)...... My advice is to shop somewhere else !

Poor Quality

The 1 star is due to having to put a STAR and I suppose for good communication.

I originally purchased my Santorini hot tub from Arden spas! (Now liquidated) Arden purchase these hot tubs from Miami spas as the distributor. Arden sold this spa to me under a claim that I have 5 years SHELL and STRUCTURE warranty. With emails to prove. However after having a hot tub independent service technician out to check over my tub he noticed bubbling / blisters in the shell! This tub has been well maintained, water changed every 6 weeks and chemicals tested twice a week. He then tells me that this is due to poor quality manufacture and build due to the fiber glass prep under the marble paint effect top coat. And will continue to get worse until it’s unusable due to fiber protruding from the blisters. The service engineer expressed to me his shock due to age and condition! And it would have started from the day I put water inside the tub. However for the average joe hard to spot without all the water out. There are now 10-15 blisters.

I now decided to call Miami spas due to Arden now liquidated. They then proceeded to get up all my paperwork for the tub to then tell me I actually only have a 1 year warranty on the shell and 5 years on structure only! I’m 2 days outside of this so nothing they can do...(2 days! On an issue clearly there for months) however these blisters did not appear in 2 days! They then proceed to tell me due to liquidation of Arden spas they didn’t get payed for my spa (apparently) an I’m told by a company director via email I’m unknowing handling stolen goods! And they could come and collect it....(but not something they would want to do!) (sounds like someone’s trying to scare me!) Even though I have paid my 5k in full just weeks after hot tub delivery! Is this something you should say to a customer??? He then proceeds to tell me that due to Miami spas not being paid for my hot tub (completely out of my hands and not my problem) i now have NO warranty on any part of my hot tub that’s a year old and broken! (Why should a large hot tub company lose out right!! But the poor miss lead customer should!)

So to warn people! And I’m not at all expressing all blame upon Miami spas but as you can see they are not willing to help or meet in the middle in any way! By not honouring my guarantee in any shape or form purely because they have lost out... what about the customer!?

Please do not spend the money on these cheaper Chinese hot tubs as they are very VERY poor quality! You are better of spending a little more money to get a USA made tub with a 5 year SHELL warranty! This is very important! It’s the bit you see, the bit you sit on! I’ve learnt the hard way and will try my best to proceed through legal channels to try and salvage some kind of money or losses from my now 5k 1 year old hot tub that’s worth pennies with no warranty.

Don’t fall for cheap! DO NOT buy these hot tubs!

TOTAL ABUSE OF TRADING STANDARDS AND CUSTOMER SERVICE ALONG WITH STORIES FROM ARDEN SPAS! (No longer trading)

Brilliant !

We purchased a Welles Neptune and are delighted ! This is the 3rd hot tub we have purchased due to house moves and the service from Miami Spas is second to none, from placing the order to delivery ( within a week ) the communication and delivery was excellent. I would have no hesitation recommending Miami Spas to anyone considering a hot tub , go on do it you won't regret it !!

Also Known As Superior Spas Ltd Operating Out Of T

Also known as Superior Spas Ltd operating out of the same address, they sell cheap imports and when things go wrong their customer service is worst than useless. We are having to take them to court to get our money back on a shower cubical that has leaked from day one, and is unusable. You have been warned on what to expect if you buy from these people.

Very Bad

I purchased a hot tub. 5 months later the heater went in it. I had to call 5 times to the service and store before anyone called me back to offer to come fix it under warranty. Then they wanted a ££££ service charge. 10 days later someone might be able to come if they have time. Worst customer service and product support I have ever received on anything I have purchased.That's ridiculous. I would never recommend anyone buying from them.

Very Bad Dishonest Company

Do NOT buy anything from them. They will not bother to replace your faulty shower.
