Good Value Good Quality Good Service
Bought off Internet and spent in total £4k including extras. Had a few weeks earlier nearly signed up to a £15k one from a show room. But this spa is all good, nice and powerful and warm, although the air jets are cold the water jets are fine on their own.
Mine developed a fault, and they were pretty quick at fixing it although they did have to come out 3 times they did seem concerned to try and get it fixed ASAP. It was broken for about 3 weeks in the end. It cost me nothing to fix.
The paperwork is a bit shoddy, and the delivery was a bit haphazard, but it has all worked so think this is the more down to earth treatment you get from a small company rather than the glossy and fake service I'm all to used to from big ones
Running costs are about £50 a month in electric.
The chemicals I reckon will cost about £100 a year, don't seem to go down that quickly.
The 5 year warranty is defo worth going for and is the reason I chose Danz over other spa providers..
I still have this spa and it is still working fine
