If you are going with children I would think again, staff clearly lack the skills to create a happy atmosphere for children. Stick to one of the big chain cinemas who have better choice of films, clean and tidy premises and staff that care.

The most disgusting place i have ever been to.Never going there again.

Well, really cheap cinema, movies are ok i guess. Not much to say though.

I really cannot say what my opinion is. I enjoyed the movies , but for me the place was s bit dirty.

Well, indeed the customer services is not great. But when you enjoy certain movies, no one can bother you.

Why do they put up posters for forthcoming films,then not show them?Also,I like to watch the entire credits,as sometimes you get something unexpected after the credits,I do not like being turfed out midway through credits!!!!!

Cheap and cheerful is how we have always treated this cinema, however our last trip taught us that customer service comes very low on their list of priorities! Staff were chatting and laughing in the projection box behind our seats and were so loud that they actually drowned out the sound on screen! When I complained to the manager, she said "So?! People talk, there's not much I can do about that!" She did not seem to appreciate that I had paid to see and hear a film, not her staff! Will not be using again, if we can help it!

Excellent friendly customer service, fab seats & a huge screen in cinema 1 with great sound too. Very atmospheric cafe/bar area. A stylish operation.
