Worst Experience Ever

Terrible experience, rude workers, always loud kids during the movie, wet seats and some were ripped!

I will never go here again

Film Not Shown

We went to see a particular film, booked on line, travelled to the cinema in freezing conditions only to be told that the film wasn't showing after all. Money was refunded but we were still very disappointed. I've never experienced this before at any cinema.

Good Cheap Cinema

Went to this cinema recently to see Blair witch was overall very good! Staff were friendly and helpful and the food was good and reasonably priced. Cinema was clean and comfortable only bad thing was some noisy people behind us but overall very good!

Economy Cinema

I found out about Premier via a friend, having used Vue for years. Premier Romford is £4 per person regardless of 3D or 2D viewing and whether it's adult or child ticket. This makes a night out affordable compared with Vue who charge a bomb. No need to raid Sainsbury's on the way in as well as the popcorn and junk you want to buy for your movie is also very reasonably priced.

That being said, the popcorn is generally found over the floor of the cinema, the showing rooms are economy style - no real plushness about them at all, and they can be a bit grubby looking.

I also find that there are rarely staff at the door so they are open to bunkers.Oh and they never have hot dogs ready!

Don't expect luxury - you wont get it. What you will get is a viewing of a new film, affordable tickets and happy kids.

Good Value

Went to see Monument Men at the Romford branch which was quiet a good film

and great value. The only criticism I have is the venue should be clean more

often as there is popcorn and rubbish everywhere, very unhygienic.

£4 A Ticket Anytime Including 3d!

Wow what can I say just been to Premiere Cinema in Romford Essex to see Epic in 3D, the best thing is the ticket price which is the same all the time for 2D or 3D it's an amazing £4 each, when I went with the Wife to see Prometheus in 3D at Vue cinemas it cost us £25 for 2 people just to get in with glasses!

Today at Premiere 5 people 3 adults and 2 kids came to £20 + £5 for 5 pairs of glasses, the screens are pretty big as well even screen 8, we stopped going to the cinema because it was so expensive, but that's changed now, straight into Asda car park 5 min walk and your there, well done Premiere give those expensive big boys a bashing.... 10/10, and 8/10 for Epic.

We took all our own drinks and food no problem there either, was stopped last time at Vue.
