Choke

In this unusual movie Sam Rockwell plays a s.e.x addict who pretends to be chocking i restaurants. He allows wealthy looking patrons to save his life and therefore feel responsible for his welfare, paying for made up medical bills and sending gifts of money etc.

The story follows "Victor" in his job working as a historical character in a park and his troubles with his mother in a care home. It could be offensive to some ad is by no means a main stream movie but it's well worth looking at.
