Mr Chans Chinese Restaurant in Luton offers traditional cantonese menu as well if you want to sample some real Chinese food. We ordered the Beef brisket with mooli and quick fried lamb with cumin seed. It was a real new experience than to our usual western Chinese food. Give it a try yourself & you know what I mean. "Proper Chinese"
