Amazing game, buying batteris for your walkman, giving the cat milk, feeding it a chew thing, the QTA feature, and the fighting was amazing where you learn new moves and all, just 100% amazing game to be honest, can't wait to play it again.

Despite The Aging Graphics Which Are Now Put To Sh

Despite the aging graphics which are now put to shame, this is a great game. I played the version on the Dreamcast and this game seems almost real, i know its hard to believe but i love it. If you like slightly older games or your not bothered by the graphic (which are not terrible by any means) this is a great buy.

This Xbox Game, When I Got It Turned Out To Be Kin

This Xbox game, when I got it turned out to be kinda boring but when got into it, it became a lot of fun and really exciting. The fighting itself and the street fighting is enough to get this game because it so cool to beat up bad guys and street fighter to go on in the story and get cash. Also, the big setting and different faces in the enviroment is so cool, you actually feel as if you are in Hong Kong. Shenmue 2 is great and it should be bought for the Xbox.

hmm.

I Can Say Is It Is Even Better Than Shenmue, The S

I can say is it is even better than shenmue, the story carrys on from the first game where you (Ryo Hazuki) arrive in Hong Kong in search of your fathers Killer, and of the role of the Phoenix mirror and its mystical properties. The Graphics On The Dreamcast were top Knotch,I can only imagine the Xbox will equal if not better this!! with Morphing Plant and vegetation to match the season, and a cast of Literally Thousands of Interactive characters, with atmospheric music and Lighting you really start to believe you are in Hong Kong. If you were a fan of the first Shenmue Buy This Game! as it is Truly Excellent and Fully Immersive, if you never played the first shenmue play this anyway, as it is not only a continuation of a story but a story in its own right! Its a Shame the Xbox did-not bring the first Game out

I absolutely agree. I played Shenmue 2 on the X-box its a pitty I didn't get to play the first game. I had to see the story on the movie DVD they supplied with the X-box version of Shenmue 2. The graphics were great and it felt like you were Ryu for a while, but the game does end fast and they could have done more with the ending. The bit where you run through a path in a forest and you are supposedly lost is a bit frustrating. And I liked Joey the biker girl a lot better than the farm girl at the end, but apparently the story evolves around her... its a story of morals, Ryu is made to re-evaluate his life and realise that taking revenge may only make him like the enemym, since the enemy killed his father also in revenge. He believed Ryu's father had killed his... While the game goes on you meet gangs, you fight a lot... and you are quite strong, you take out a lot of guys, but the game is more realistic than many might expect. Then there's waking at 8'oclock and moving crates, teenage girls that have a crush for you, a master that is annoying, trainning, Puzzles and Romance... The game integrates a lot of familiar things, but having said that a 10 year old could easly finish the game. I did it just under six hours.

If it's any where near as good as the original on the Dreamcast I'd recommend this to anyone
