Epson ET-2876

I bought an Epson ET 2876 from Curry’s through the internet site, because it was recommended to me and it was promising a £40 cash back. There were a few hoops to jump through first, but I did all that and my claim was accepted. I had to wait 28 days after the acceptance notice. The cash back has still not been sent to me 2 weeks after the due date, and several messages sent to Epson get the reply ‘We are working on it’, or no reply at all. I won’t review the machine itself because I have hardly used it, but I won’t use Epson again.
