No reply to any emails.

Asked for my specs to be returned. Ignored.

Finally received a quote, which you cannot reply to!, giving me a price for distance specs when I wanted varifocals.

I had emails from them which were contrary to the previous email.

I have no idea how to get my specs back.

How they quote a 4 star rate beggars belief. I wish I had never heard of them

This is the second time I have ( tried ) to use this company, sent my everyday spaces to them for ONE LENSE to be replaced and not a word from them after TWO weeks, so I rang them up and eventually got through and some guy casually said OH YEH right will return the !!! And here we are TWO WEEKS later and not a word.

Don't go any where near this lot they are absolutely ussless, they're just not interested and the ridicules ( computer generated quotes they use are a laugh in themselves ) £175 FOR ONE LENSE utter garbage.

I decided to give this company a second chance to see if it had improved. Two years ago, when I used them to reglaze my specs, they took much longer than they said they would, they knowingly gave me bad information about shipping and did not respond to my complaints until I placed a 2-star review on TrustPilot.

This year, I requested a pack to send off my specs on 6 April. On 12 April, having not received the pack, I sent an email marked URGENT asking them when I can expect the pack. Almost 24 hours elapsed before they responded to my urgent email. They informed me that all packs had been posted the day before and I should receive it “tomorrow or Saturday” which would be 14 or 15 April…..right over the Easter period which is what I was trying to avoid.

Today is the 20 April and I have not received any package from them. On 19 April I ordered a similar pack from a competitor and received that today. The competitor’s quote was cheaper by almost £10 so by not sending me the pack they did me a favour without realising it.

There is no way I will ever use this company again. You just cannot believe what they tell you – exactly what I found the first time around. I suspect it is just one employee who has lapsed into the habit of telling customers what he thinks they want to hear rather than the truth.

Take my advice – steer well clear of this company and look at their competitors for a better bargain.

Thought this would be genuine offer if recommended by MoneySavingExpert. Awful service.No response after a week - had to chase them up then the surprise of the invoice - price quoted way above price list, together with threat that you may not receive your frames back unless you pay the £4 supplement for recorded delivery which had been stated as free return postage and, still waiting for return of my frames. reglazeMyglasses have really let me down . I really didnt expect this from the best consumer site on the internet IN THE WORLD!! Very disappointed and deceived. I normally would have my glasses back glazed with free postage by now from Ciliary Blue who are not price inflating. Sorry MSE this is a big fail and a very real come-on sham. Wasted a lot of my time and effort and reglazeMyglasses have taken the consumer to be a gullible fool. Steer clear of this bogus offer. I would be really curious to know how many people have been convinced into paying more than they intended .
