I ordered a feather boa at £6.99 for my daughters hen party.

I arrived and as I took it out of the bag, the feathers started falling off immediately.

I then realised this company charged me twice for my order.

I emailed glowhouse asking how to return the item because it was such poor quality and no return details or invoice was enclosed in the parcel.

I received an email back telling me to pay £9.99 to return the item.

The feather boa was falling apart, thin and worth more like a £1 than £6.99 and they want me to pay £9.99 to return it!!!!!
