Excellent in every regard. The painting was an outstanding re-production of the original. The price was very reasonable, with extra features if required. Communication was also great and every step of the process was reported. The postage was extremely fast. Over all an outstanding and hassle free experience. Would highly recommend and in fact have ordered another painting.

Unfortunately, ArtsDot.com does not make sure their reproductions are totally faithful to the original art works. My experience so far has been in some cases the color reproduction is not correct, either for being too saturated or insaturated compared to the original. Frankly, being accurate is not that difficult, but ArtsDot.com is not at the required level. A pity.

Compre una obra el dia 24 de octubre. Prometieron una fecha de entrega entre el 12 y 24 de noviembre. Máximo el 24 de noviembre. Es decir hoy. LA obra no llegó. La obra aparece por primera vez en la compañía de transporte en China, el dia 1 de noviembre, luego va apareciendo el movimiento por diferentes puntos de china, hasta que el dia 7 de noviembre dicen que se embarco en un avión. Ese mismo recibo un link y un código, para pagar unos derechos de importación, que resultaron ser "fraudulentos". Era un intento de robo. En la pagina de la transportadora no aparece ningún movimiento adicional de mi paquete, desde ese día. Desde entonces he escrito en tres oportunidades al correo de Artsdot, y no recibo respuesta, aparentemente ni siquiera están recibiendo mi mail. La experiencia completamente decepcionante. Me siento estafada.

My husband and I were looking for specific paintings and we contacted ArtsDot.com by email, Yara was very helpful and kind every time we were in touch. We got the three paintings we ordered by DHL and we LOVED THEM! The quality of the paintings are outstanding and the colors are true to the originals.

We will definitely continue doing business with them in the future. For now, next week we will take them to frame in a local shop.

The prices are very good also. I fully recommend them.

I would highly recommend ArtsDot.com for that special space one may need to fill. I have a large art collection of originals but sometimes one just needs a "reasonably priced" piece to fill in a blank. The quality of the frame was a pleasant surprise. The print on canvas was very well done and can hold its own in a room full of original artwork. The delivery was surprisingly fast. All in all, it was a great experience.

Really good selection of art with many size options. Prints are very good quality with vibrant colors. Very reasonable pricing too. I've ordered twice already for a total of 6 prints

The quality of my Van Gogh reproduction is excellent. Value is excellent as well.

I chose framing because it was convenient, not necessarily meaningfully cheaper than what I could get locally. Frame material quality was a total disappointment. It looks and feels like cheap plastic (I assumed it was wood), so it's going to have to be replaced. Lesson learned.
