The worst company so far. Royal Mail marked as "delivered" but it didn't. Later admitted no GPS trace and various discrepancies. PicStop took the view that if RM says "delivered", it means delivered. Refuses to see through the issue. Instead, advised to seek compensation through PayPal. I shall never again deal with this company!

Made a purchase which was meant as Xmas Gift. It arrived with ripped damaged packaging. I contacted PicStop who despite being told my leg was in plaster for 6 weeks, and I had no access to a printer, insisted I print off a returns label and hobble to a post office. Not happy. Poor customer service.

I ordered some memory cards. I am used to a quick service from the firms that

I deal with. A week later and I still do not have them and do not know if I will ever get them. Go else where.

went on website and brought a battery for my video camera they said it would work after getting the battery it was the wrong one had to pay for postage back to them and got the right one but only after 2 weeks and then to find out the battery I got was cheaper than the first one I ordered so I feel like I am now out of pocket.I could of brought from a different website for £10 less after the postage return fees. am not happy with the service

Spoke over phone with customer services to ask if same day despatch. Informed likely but not assured. Placed order (5 January 2011) on website using VISA for payment. Items delivered on 12 January 2011.

Very happy with items and pricing however would have chosen different company had I known delivery was going to be so disappointing with Pic Stop.

It took 1 month for the item to arrive. I sent them an e-mail and they said the item was out of stock (contrary to what was stated at the time of the purchase). Two weeks later, I asked them to cancel the order and give me the money back but they didn't want to. Eventualy, I received the goods.

I give them two stars in quality of service because I don't agree with the old trick of selling items without actually having them in stock.

Don't buy memory cards from them if you are about to go on holidays.

Super quick delivery. I opted for the Isle of Man delivery option which said 3-5 days. Ordered online and paid at 2pm Thursday. On my desktop at 12 noon Friday. Well packed too. FREE delivery. Way to go Pic Stop

Easy to use website with great prices. Had an item in stock that other retailers were on order with.

This company has very good prices for their products .. which can be found elsewhere selling for 3-4 times more. Would recommend and have done to many people.
