Loved the site's design. Its simple and easy to navigate. The blog wasn't too big and the titles available for sale aren't too many right now (maybe about 100, including the ebooks or less) but the prices were excellent. No membership required and I was able to get 3 audiobooks for $4. The audiobooks I got were in mp3 format so that's great.

I had a question and the customer service was decent. Got a reply in 3 hours (would give 4.5 out of 5 stars on that one, as it could have been quicker. My query was simple and the answer I got was brief but to the point).

Really hope they add more titles and variety.
