I wrote a lengthy review praising the promptness and understanding I received from JMes Morgan and staff. Being a trust on person I let a "friend" stay in my home for 4 months and was with h for an additional 10 months. During this time I spent about $1,000 on him. He always said he would pay me later. I stressed that I let him use 6 items that I absolutely had to have back. He left one day and moved in with another woman and he has not answered my calls or texts, and as far as I know, he never leaves her house. The JMes Morgan sat add handled my question of whether it would be worth filing a civil suit against him with expediency and professionalism. I received my answer a short time later fr Mr . Morgan, he confirmed my own opinion that I would likely not win the case. And with the cost of filing in court, the possible recovery of the 5 things that meant so much to me would hardly be worth it. I just had to have a professional opinion for my own satisfaction. So this is a good option that is inexpensive, but just remember that you get what you pay for. The advice is very cursory. For the price however, you can't ask for much more really, and the service was prompt and professional.
