Lack Of Information
Recent visit to obtain information regarding golf courses in the Bournemouth area received a short sharp and unhelpful reply. The lady in charge showed no interest at all in our enquiry. Staff seemed more interested in talking to each other rather than engaging with the customer. Very poor experience.
