I went through all the questions and expected a tailored plan for the discounted three month option at £31.19 which was paid by ApplePay. To my horror they took an additional £49.95 as a separate transaction and emailed me confirming the plan was auto renewing after one month at a cost of £99.95 - not what I selected at all. The App doesn’t appear to have saved all the information I went through as it asks the same questions again.

When complaining about this via their support email I had a reply from AI saying they are in high demand and basically the AI email asked for the same information I had already sent in my complaint.

They responded to my initial Trustpilot review before even replying to my complaint and it was two further emails I sent before getting a response from a person. The final response suggests I bought some additional features and that I am requested to enter my account details onto their web site, which I never did. I paid only once by Apply Pay and yet they used these details to take the additional funds. So far they have not agreed to refund me but simply said both subscriptions will not auto renew. I would avoid them at all costs as I turn to my bank and anti fraud police to pursue my claim.
