What a great site, and what a fantastic way of losing the weight and keeping it off. It is a fun site, but serious by nature.

Because it is such a new site, only a few weeks old, I think it needs people.

Sure there are eat one meal a day diets, eat 2, eat 3 and so on, and there are many people who swear by eating 6 meal or 10 meals a day.

But Steve's (great easy remember name by the way) is something different, and I can't wait to start losing the fat.
