Manhiem auction is partnering with so called sham artists sure check.on first occasion the car had damaged gearbox but they sold as all checks passed including gearbox.when approached with fault they say we only do a static check.(how can check gearbox with out being in motion?)

Second occasion bought the car and due to implication with bank account I couldn’t collect the car till 9 day later from purchase.as everyone knows you can only pay them from the account registered with them.again all checks passed but as I drove the car out from auction screen displayed transmission malfunction repair needed.again no help say the sure check only covers for 7 days from when hammer falls or if delivered rather then collected 7 days from delivery.

Sure check is a sham and manhiem.after buying from them for over 20+ years.no more.

It is unethical and assisting such business is also unethical.

The worst customer service I have ever have to deal with. Don't waste your time and instead use other service to sell your car.

You need to be so careful before you bid.

In summary there is a reason these cars are in an auction , so be prepared to do repairs later.

Bought a car online just because it was manheim assured. realised it had major engine/turbo fault when i went to pick it up and they refused to take it back saying they had mentioned that the engine management light was on which was mentioned in the comments of the condition report.

total waste of money.
