this is a company that advertises your business (in the motor trade).

I had an awful experience with this company. I really dont know where to start. instead of going into the full blown story, i'll bullet point the experience.

- salesman is very pushy. they have you believe that you make a verbal agreement on the phone and are bounded in a contact with them. even though you just said you "might be interested", they use this as an agreement.

- they guaranteed we would get 1000 hits a month on our website. we got that in over a year! not forgetting that that includes all the times motortrades and yourself clicks onto your website from theres.

- they refine your search terms so much that its VERY unlikely that one person would search on google using that specific phrase motortrades gives your add. they use whats called 'long tail keywords'.

- they all talk like robots and never admit they are wrong!

- they have an auto renewal that you need to give 3 months notice to cancel otherwise you are in another binding contract with them.

- they charged us for an extra year even though we gave them enough notice to cancel. we only manage to get our money back because i still had the email i sent them.

all the above is what happen to me! it was absolute hell! if you want to advertise your business, do your research. all you need to do is google motortrades, there are so many complaints its unreal.
