Spent Thousands Of Pounds With Demon Tweeks In The
spent thousands of pounds with demon tweeks in the past. Recently I ordered a parcel worth £1800, parcel force delivered it to my door and just dumped it at my doorstep whilst I was at work. When I got back from work the parcel was not there.
I did not tell the parcel company to leave the parcel in a safe place or for them to leave it at my doorstep so I am legally obliged to a full refund. The parcel force driver admitted to leaving the parcel at my door unattended and there is photo evidence of him doing so which he took himself. Despite all the hard evidence demon tweeks is avoiding giving me a refund.
If they do not I will have no choice but to take them to a small claims court and get my money back that way.
Please avoid using this company if you want your money to be in safe hands. I will update my review if I get a refund.

Incompetent And Terrible Service
They sent to me the wrong item. I contacted Demon Tweeks customer services. They replied requesting a picture of the wrong item they sent to me. I sent to them the picture. Never heard of them again. I sent two e-mails to Demon Tweeks customer services. No reply from them. Terrible. Never buy from them again.

urchased ebc discs and pads and put my reg in on the website saying it fits my vehicle. As soon as I fitted them I found they weren’t big enough. Contacted demon tweets and 4 months later they have told me they can now supply me the bigger discs that should be fitted on my car for £230 which they want me to pay for even though these are not sufficiently enough for the car. The other option they gave me was a £50 credit. Never buy from demon tweeks
Worst Customer Service Ever!
1 year of empty promises by Demon Tweeks without any signs of them rectifying my issue. I purchased a £1000 helmet which was faulty and despite a whole year going by with it in their possession (and it being lost by DM) they still wont issue me a credit note to buy a new one. Worst customer service ive ever experienced

Purchased parts which were faulty and tried to return it which they made difficult. Total disregards for Consumer Law. Will probably have to take them to County Court to get £48 back.

Terrible Customer Service
Terrible customer service. I ordered a stand for my bike following their filtering to make sure it's the right one for my motorcycle and they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.
I contacted their customer service trying to find a solution but they didn't provide any help at all and said they couldn't refund or let me return the item because I had opened the package.
How was I supposed to know that they send me an item that doesn't fit my motorcycle.

Pretty Useless. I Should Have Paid The Extra Tenn
Pretty useless. I should have paid the extra tenner and ordered the bike tyres from Amazon Prime...at least I would be out on the bike the next day instead of having to wait 2 weeks for the ‘express delivery’. Muppets.
I wouldn’t bother they don’t keep any stock. You’ll end up waiting an age to see if the item arrives, or when it doesn’t for a refund. Save time and agro, go to a reputable trader even if it’s a little bit more expensive.

Extremely Poor Customer Service
The item I paid for was not in stock, however this was not communicated to me. I only found out when I called over 1 week later to be told it would be in stock the following week. Another week went by and the item still hadn’t been despatched and no one had let me know. No response to my emails. I called again to be told it still wasn’t in stock, so I cancelled my order. Extremely POOR comms and over 2 weeks of my time wasted. Definitely my first and LAST order.
Terrible customer service and will be recommending others to shop elsewhere.

Engine Heater Issue - Poor Service
ordered an engine heater for my car in Sweden. When I got there and opened it they had sent me the wrong voltage (110v). Then later I got an email warning "We have been made aware that there has been a slight issue with the supply on these heaters" I don't call the wrong voltage a slight issue due to the fact it could have set on fire.
I Had to bring it back. They offered to exchange no problem but would not post the replacement out to Sweden, so now I have to book a suitcase (£50) to take it out (not allowed in cabin bags) because "my Manager says I cant post it to another country"
Thanks DT your lack of help for your mistake has hit my pocket - never again boys.
