Due to a large DIY chain not securing the lid of our gorgeous paint property, it spilt on my front carpet and seat. In a panic and very late at night I called car valet and they replied that night!! With great skill they guided me through it all really well. Once booked (all by email thankfully), they arrived perfectly on time and although not all the paint has gone, the difference is wonderful and I am so relieved they managed what they have. Hats off to car valeting. 10 out of 10.

We had our used BMW sealed with the Autoglym Lifeshine this weekend by carvalet mobile and we have to admit it did change our minds about the product. We had a previous new car ‘applied’ with this product, by the dealer but the paint hardly changed and the feel and look was no different. But really importantly, the car seemed to get dirty just as quickly as our others cars. The inside also had a clammy feel to the carpets and seats. This time, however it was exactly as carvalet mobile had promised. Amazing shine, really smooth paint and soft touch carpets. We are converts, so thanks to your guys.

I would NOT use this company again. Overall horrible experience and terrible consumer service. Better alternative car valet services available.

We returned yesterday evening from a wonderful seafood restaurant and as we pulled into our drive, my wife was violently ill. Sadly, I was unable to open the window in time and most of the front area was covered. With guests being collected from the airport this afternoon, I needed this sorted and were recommended to Carvalet.co.uk Limited by some friends. Excellent advice. The emails were fast, helpful counsel and although costly, I was told it was worth it. They turned up this lunchtime when they said they would and spent the exact time they said they would. What a difference. Not only has the odious smell gone along with the unsightly stains, but the area now looks better than before the mess. Top notch valeter and perfect service. I was recommend by my dealer to contact Carvalet.co.uk as they are mobile and the dealer did not have time to apply Lifeshine to my Q7. They did an exemplary job. Arrive on time, spent the full time and the paintwork looks much darker and sharper. V.pleased. Good value and polite staff. Received my guarantee couple of days after, so good reassurance too. Pleased all round.

My husband arranged the Autoglym Lifeguard on my lovely new SLK, after the dealer tried to sell me the same product double the price. I am so pleased I went down this route. They were very punctual today and the lovely young man who did my car was a delight. He was so particular and contentious, I was not surprised at his results, considering his effort. My red paint has a much deeper shine and really smooth. Much better than a dealer and a great service. Although my neighbour has already asked about the service, I will be telling all my friends.

Last night before we leave for France, I leave the car near to the sprinklers. Bad move, my recently cleaned car, ready ur drive, is now covered in limes scale. Leaving at lunchtime today, really needed an urgent clean that would actually remove it from black paintwork, but not scratch the paint. Called this company and was amazed how well they dealt with it all. Super quick to get an appointment, super simple to book in and bang on time. They took over 3 hours to complete. Did a super great job, paintwork looks better than when the car was new. Expensive but so worth it. So, great start to our vacation.

My new car arrived today and once again I asked Carvalet to apply the Autoglym Lifeshine. As this is my third application by them, I consider myself a ‘regular’ and I am constantly impressed with the consistency of the quality, both in the Lifeshine application but also the valet itself. They always deliver from the really efficient and helpful initial phone call and booking process to the ontime valeter (rather nice 18 plate van) to the finish article. All top notch and on my drive. 5 stars all the way.
