Untrustworthy company. Avoid.

Booked to have my car cleaned and polished this was going well when one of the valeters came to me to say he could not continue as he had gone through the paintwork. I examined where he showed and indeed there was a mark about 1cm through the paint. He was on the phone and said he could not deal with it that day but would return with matching paint and fix it. I was on holiday the next day but he was ok with this giving me his number asking me to phone him when i returned. When i phoned i recieved no answer when i text i recieved no answer when i emailed the company and filled in there online document they did not answer. Now i will need to contact a professional company to fix this mess. This was nothing less than bad with the person who did it and the company simply ignoring me. No customer service and to cowardly to finish the job.

Both companies are worse than appalling!! I had to book through Car4Valet who franchised out to TheSmartWashLtd. Large parts of my full valet were either not done or done REALLY badly. After sales was horrendous, they don't care about your 100% satisfaction. They will either fob you off or ignore you. They didn't take my complaint seriously. There are much better car valet companies so please, don't waste your money with these companies. Trading standards have been informed..

We've used this service before for my car and had no hesitation in booking again for my wife's. The person we dealt with was helpul, charming and did a fantastic job. As he said himself, he was a little OCD in his attention to doing the most detailed job possible, taking hours over it. We will not hesitate to book this company for our next valet service.

After ensuring I would be working from home I booked an appointment with this company. 30 minutes before my appointment they called me to tell me they had a technical issue with their van and would be a little late and gave me a new time 1.5 hours later than the original appointment.

30 minutes after my new appointment had been missed they called again this time to tell me that they were having an issue with getting their van serviced in Swindon and even if they got the van back in the next 5 minutes it would be too late (I am about 40 minutes awat).

I looked in their website and the first complaint was about them not bothering to turn up. My advise is keep away from this firm they will mess you about.
