outnow.co.uk website cannot be access. I want to cancel my subscription but the website no longer exist and yet they continue to take monthly direct debit but dvd being delivered..

Absolutely terrible! they are the biggest scammers that I have ever encountered. Very disappointed with the service, the only time that they claimed to never received the DVD was when I cancelled the contract four times. They continued to deduct monies from my account and failed to notify me until I saw my bank statement and logged into outnow and saw a message on my account. I have to cancel my debit card and am in the process of getting my money back. They deducted my account 4 x in one month as they opened up four different accounts, even though I could only open up one on my address through groupon. Stay away unless you want a shoddy services and your money swindled!!!!

I've never written a review before but I feel compelled to say how awful OutNow is, it is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. I originally paid for three months DVD service ONLY. They automatically put me on one of their most expensive subscriptions afterwards (not stipulated in the terms and conditions of the package I brought up front). It took four months to finally cancel, I emailed everyday for weeks and they didn't reply. DO NOT USE THESE - it's near impossible to cancel and they take weeks to send DVDs out, overall a terrible service. I am now using Love Film instead and have had an excellent service from them.

These people are total scum! There is no way of getting in touch with anyone at OutNow, impossible to cancel the account.

They charge your account on 15th every month, so, if you want to close the account, you will be losing 2 weeks of DVD rental. No one EVER responds to enquiries!

I will be reporting this company to the DTI.

Make sure you cancel and send all discs back in time, they will try to take more money if you dont! Even if its their fault they sent more dvds out on a cancelled account. Customer service is not focused on the customer!!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE.

They never have any record of cancellations even though you print a copy off yourself as proof!!!!!

Do not give them your business.

Scammers. Two+ months after cancelling my trial and sending back my disc (with certificate of posting), they started charging again - twice £9.99 in two days. They said the DVD had been lost and refused to give me a statement of its value so I might make an insurance claim from Royal Mail. My credit card company are initiating a chargeback for the 2x £9.99. Www.outnow.co.uk are not responsive to any logic, reasonableness, much less legal requirements. Their contract is all over the place - utterly void. Remember your bank/credit card will sort you out if www.outnow.co.uk try to stuff you (and they will).

Do not sign up even for a free trial - it would take you weeks to unsubscribe if you change your mind (I've been trying to cancel my account for the last 4-5 weeks but still did not succeed!)

OMG Had a 3 month groupon trial and yes they have now taken money when i have tried to cancel. Only now am I reading the reviews!!!!!

They are so bad .... Total con artists. I guess thats how they make up for the cheap trials!

I will endeavor to get my money back, but looking at these reviews don't think i'll have much luck.

Terrible service compared to other offerings. Does not allow you to select which film you receive when. Poor selection.
