Brookstone Inflatable Travel U-Pillow

Hudson shop at BOS airport sold me Brookstone Double Comfort inflatable neck pillow (4792139). I would have been more satisfied with throwing $18.05 in trash can.

1. I have no idea what square part is on pillow. In airports customers throw wasteful hard plastic away to avoid taking up room.

2. Air valves DO NOT auto close. Air will not stay in fully deflated, immediately loses air even when pinching bottom of valve closed.

3. Website to their products does not work well, just annoying ad keeps popping up, search shows dog carrier under neck pillow search plus all other products.

The reason I purchased inflatable pillow type was because the one I've had for years (has auto close valve) was leaking and I dislike wasting valuable luggage space.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND PRODUCT

Had I the luxury of time to google reviews of this company I would not have purchased from company. Seriously, who has tons of spare time, phone battery to research. Going to Amazon to get better product. Thanks Brookstone for wasting pensioner's money.

A very comfortable pillow, I bought it at the terminal of the airport and now I do not have a sore neck during the flight.

I take it to everywhere, I use always on my travels and I have at least 3 in my warderobe in different colors! Love it!

Dissapointed with this product. Comes with no instructions and gives no clue how to inflate it. Hosnestly, just bought it to throw in the garbage.

Bought this pillow just before my flight.i have had some health issues because of the uncomfortable seating in planes. Even with this pillow my neck was still in wrong position, so it is not so useful as I was hopping or i am too picky. However I loved that it can be packed flat.Not bad and easy to use.

Super easy to travel around with. I've had other travel pillows before that are super comfortable, but very awkward to handle and travel with otherwise as they always maintain their shape. They either take up too much room in luggage or you have to attach them to the outside of a bag, which means they could come in contact with the floor or another dirty item (gross since you're then putting your face on it). I've found the Brookstone inflatable pillow to eliminate those two problems--you can pack it flat like any other item. Comfort is not as great as those other travel pillows, but not bad at all. I'll take the tradeoff to have it be more convenient for traveling with.

I bought this shortly before I had to make a long haul flight. You do have to blow it up before you can use it, but once it has been filled it is very firm. It doesn't lose any air during the whole flight, and once we were off the aircraft, it was easy to deflate it and pack it away ready for the next flight. I like it because it doesn't take as much space as the other neck pillows on the market, which you have to carry around with you. Not very practical if you ask me.

I look forward to using this pillow on future flights. I can't comment on the durability as I haven't used it for very long, but here's hoping it will be around for a while.
