Las Vegas, Venetian Resort Hotel and Casino

I've been to vegas several times and this is my fave hotel hands down. It's in a great location, the rooms are big, and the staff are pleasant. Not the cheapest spot in town but when you're only going down for 3-4 days at a time, the splurge is worth it.

My husband & I stayed at The Venetian from the 21st Aug 2005 for a week. If you are looking for a wonderful, luxurious hotel with great service and a lovely ambience then The Venetian is for you. It's a wonderfully romantic hotel, with fantastic large rooms (all rooms are suites). When we checked in we were allocated a 'pool view' room, which also looked onto The Strip, over The Mirage & Treasure Island hotels. The pool area at the this hotel is lovely & tranquil, although not ideal for kids as there are no slides/ wave machines etc.

There is a great choice of restaurants within the hotel- to suit all price ranges.

The casino staff were friendly & helpful (good, as we hadn't gambled before) and the casino itself is fantastic (although the table minimums are a little high, but only what you would expect for such a luxurious hotel).

All in all, The Venetian is a truly fantastic place to stay & we would highly recommend is to anyone!
