Can't Wait To Return!
We just returned from our weekend stay Feb 3-5 2012 and it was so enjoyable. This property is gorgeous inside and out. Spotlessly clean everywhere and smelled so good everywhere in the hotel Everyone is friendly from the front desk,the maids,the servers, everyone has a great attitude! The food is 5 star even the poolside menu and so reasonable! The rooms especially the ocean view or partial view rooms are the best!
The location is unbeatable steps to the beach where you can walk for miles, rent bikes, rollerblades, stop along the walk at the various beach cafes for a drink or food its across from the pier and 5 minute walk to the third street promenade shopping~
The breakfast buffet was by far the BEST highest quality I have ever had. and our favourite spot was the tables on the pool level that have these gas firebowls in them and at night it was so cozy to sit out there eat sushi drink warm sake and watch the colorful Ferris wheel across at the pier. Beautiful proeperty!

The Loews hotel in Santa Monica, Los Angeles was really impressive. We had a beach front room which was very luxurious, especially the bathroom which even had a television you could watch whilst in the bath.
Next time you are out here, forget Santa Monica. Take a cruise out of Long Beach or San Diego. Great food ton's of fun and it's only about $90 day each. Or go to Laguna Beach or Newport Beach.
