1 hour wait to check in, room had 2 small beds, room was dirty hairs all over floor, bath and toilet, the mirror was covered in what looked like rust. Moved after 2 days after rep intervened and wrist band altered to correct ones, new room had broken and leaking air conditioning which caused my partner to fall, hair dryer did not work, although reported nothing was done. Hair dryer fixed 2 days before holiday ended, air conditioning was not repaired, maid service missed twice. Food in Mexican. restaurants was very poor
