Club Salina Wharf Hotel

To start with,on our arrival the receptionist mixed up severly our rooms.My friend got the bigger one for a mother and two children and I had to squize on one double bed with my 8 and 10 year olds.my friend had a son.Additionally I was charged 140 euros from my credit card on account of any brekages or damage in the rooms.It is supposed to be their cost if for example a glass would be accidentally broken,as I've paid for the hotel already.It had never happend in my life before.The room had unbelievably poor water pressure in the bathroom,I couldn't even bath my kids properly.For half of the bath of just warm water you would have to wait few hours...And that stink in the air-constant.

The restaurant-disgusting food,even worse tea and coffee facilities,surprisingly no any buffet,not even a single most ordinary piece of fruit for the children and nothing to drink for the supper-you had to buy everything yourself.And that constant,again,odour in the air.It is hardly a 4,5 star hotel standard.We talked to other people and it is not only our opinion.

I was happy only with the room cleaning staff,the indoor swimming pool and one particular kind lady at the restaurant.I'm terribly disappointed with the rest.Never going there again !!!!!!!!!!!!(Club Salina Warf in Malta-Quawra)
