Dollars Rent A Car, Reagan National Airport

It was a nightmare for us when we finally reached Dollars office which is off site of DCA after an half hour wait. Futhermore, we were made to wait for another 1 hour and 20 minutes for our car??? We were told initially there was no car available at all???

After an hour wait, we were offered a Toyota Corolla a low end mid-size car? which is not in line with our paid intermediate car or Hyudai i45 class. We rejected it and were forced to wait for more than 20 more minutes before we were provided a Ford Fusion.

Damage had been done - there is nothing that could pleased us anymore - it was just a worst experience we had for our entire trip in the US.
