I have used Metro cars twice now both in May 2016. Firstly, their on line booking system was very good as was their follow up emails. Secondly, they greet you with your name on a big orange board which is easy to see amongst all the other ones! Ercan the owner and his son both speak excellent English. They will take you back to their office which is on the main road out of Dalaman to complete the formalities. You can also pay in cash/Stirling. The cars are fully insured with no excess to pay.
