I have never rented a car before when on holiday so was a bit worried about how it would all work as I have read some horror stories about holiday car hire. Saw Chameleon Car Hire on Facebook and decided to take a look as I wanted to rent a car from Alicante airport. The rate quoted was really cheap so wanted to make sure that the price included everything so called up Chameleon to check. The customer service lady was extremely helpful and explained the booking process and what to expect when I collect the car, she put me completely at ease so I took the plunge. My flight was delayed and I was worried about how this would impact picking the rental car up but everything went really smoothly and the rental staff were really helpful and friendly.
