It was my one more "I don't know how many times I rent a car with Omega" ! Everytime I come to NZ, I book a car with this company. And evrything was still fine this time as well :)

These guys were excellent to deal with. Quick service, good follow up and hassle free!! Will totally use these guys again, thanks heaps :)

Very pleased with the price of this vehicle. Mazda 2008 easy to drive, and very economical. Staff were helpful with tolls needing to be paid.

Only disappointment was petrol tank was not full when we picked up. We were on

the motorway out of Auckland when we recognised this. Took photo's and returned the

car at the same level for when we picked it up.

Will use this company again.

I've used omega in ChCh and Queenstown and find them excellent. I had a hiccup recently and they gave me a discount and were very apologetic. I will be continuing to use omega

Omega Car Rentals is the only car rental service we use in New Zealand. We picked our car up in the City and travelled around the East Coast of the North Island. The price was fantastic, the Staff are quick very efficient and in no time at all we were on the road. We dropped the vehicle off at the Airport and in no time at all we were transported to the Airport in their shuttle service. Amazingly smooth and fast. Great service and wonderful people.

I hired a rental car from Omega Auckland. The online booking process was simple. My flight was delayed and ended up arriving when the Rental office was closed. This meant that I couldn't pick up the car until the next day.

The office closes at 5:30pm. I would recommend to anyone booking with Omega to have all the paperwork (e.g. signed contract) ready so that in the event your flight is delayed that you can quickly organise the car to be picked up from the airport car park.

The staff that served me at Omega Auckland Airport were very friendly and helpful. The car was very clean inside and the person who inspected the car for existing defects was very thorough and there was no issues/problems identified when returning the car.

The rental was great value for money. it was 30% cheaper than the next cheapest car hire place for the date that I was looking for.

Picked up car from Auckland City Depot for the day and drop off was Auckland Airport.

Service was friendly and efficient at both depots with free Shuttle to Auckland Airport courteous and timely

Vehicle provided was clean and enjoyable to drive - real value for money !!

We have used Omega Rental Cars three times now and every time it's been an absolute breeze. The first time our car rental was cut short due to a death in the family and the staff were so accommodating and made the whole process painless. The second time we hired Toyota 8 seaters from Wellington, Omega bus picked us up and dropped us off from the airport without a hitch. Cars went brilliantly - clean, tidy and certainly value for money. This last trip I hired a wee Mazda Demio from Auckland, nothing flash but beautifully clean, tidy and again - value for money. Had to pay $36 each way to pick up and drop off car at the actual airport (to cover airport parking) instead of being picked up and taken to the Omega office as I was arriving and departing outside of normal business hours but it was so easy and quick as all the contract had been signed and emailed prior to my arrival so it was a case of show ID, grab the keys, leave. Even paying the extra airport parking charges, the cost of the car was still well under the other car rental companies. The service I've had from staff (both in Wellington and Auckland) on all 3 occasions has been outstanding and they should be commended on their excellent customer service. I would happily recommend Omega Car Rentals to anyone.

I recently hired a car from Omega, Auckland Airport. The check in process was very quick and painless, the car was waiting for me and was a great deal for the $ I paid for the hire. It was as simple to return the car a few days later and be whisked away to the airport by the Omega shuttle service. I would certainly recommend using Omega's services in future to anyone.

Pick up staff friendly & very helpful - esp showing best way to go with all the roadworks around the airport.
