A company with awful communication on top of that!

Stay away and do not risk it. We hired a car for a week and had nothing but problems. They took extra money out of our account halfway through our holiday and then refused to discuss it when we were finally able to get in touch with the right location. We were told "head office will investigate" and upon returning home, and chasing up multiple times, were just blown off. Please do not waste your time or money with this company.

We went to Sicily for 5 days. In Catania airport they give us a very old car, dammages everywhere and 158000km. the second day the car broke down, we had to go back with a truck and they give us another car in even worse conditions. we gave them back at the day 5th and I went back home. I checked my bank account and surprise! the 3d day of the trip they charged the full deposit (no retention, charged directly) 1100eur. I claim to the bank and also the website company Atlaschoice in uk but they didnt do aboslutely anything and after claiming many times for an explanation, the OS Car Rental sent me an invoice for dammages in the 2 cars for the exactly amount of the deposit 1100eur coincidence!! also they charged 250eur for the truck as they said it was our mistake and the car havent any problem. We left the cars in the exactly the same conditions as we received them with no dammages. Very strange that they charged the full amount on the 3d day instead of the 5th day or later. They may read the future and see that I would return it with dammages for exactly the same amount of the deposit. very smart people. We have made a complain with my bank and also with the consumer protection of my country. But I havent received any news. I just leave this message to advise everyone who is going for holidays to Catania. BE AWARE of this company. google it first and you will see many like this from them. It seems that they change the name of the company every couple of years. before was CAR HIRE 3000 and is known as well as OS AUTONOLEGGIO. I cant believe the authorities in Sicily havent closed the business yet. BE AWARE of Atlaschoice in UK if you rent the car with them. They wont help you at all and you will lose all your deposit.

As they did with the other customers, they properly stole our 1100€ deposit.

We get the car back without any damage, in the exact same condition we rented it, and then we discovered they charged us, without any explanation !!

Why havent we seen these comments before.... But how is it possible that this company were still alive after all these cheats ?

I rented the car in June. The car was really awful. OS Autonoleeggio required for the deposit of EURO 1,900 !!!!

No damages were found out upon receipt, the security deposit is written off - just stolen!!! No claims or supporting documents from them. My e-mails and calls are fully ignored.

The same bad experience as written in other reviews. They really screw you when returning the car. They claim to see Some damage on the tire ( which was already there and nothing terrible) and suddenly don't understand english anymore and are not willing to refund your deposit. It is nothing less then theft. Do not hire a car!!

These people are rude and hateful. I hired a car in advance and when I arrived they had given it away to someone else. They would not help try and sort there mess out and when it when I asked for the deposit to be refunded the man found he could no longer speak English.

In a nutshell these individuals especially the goon that I spoke to are parasites. The world would be a better place if this company went bust and let a legitimate business take there place.

Just in case I haven't been clear please don't bother with them. I hired a car from Hertz in catatonia airport in the end and they were great so go there! or there were others to: Europ car, Easy car have a look just don't go here please.

First time ever after 25 years of renting cars abroad, usually in Greece, first time in Italy. Just found additional charges on our card. Sneaky, sneaky and really just down right theft. To agree all is ok when you return the car, and then take payment off our card is just plain right theft. AVOID THIS COMPANY at all costs..
