Gum Shield

if you are playing hokey you must wear protective gear which will prevent you from getting hurt for example the gum shield is placed on top of your teeth and gums.

The gum shield dosnt only protect your teeth and gums during physical contact, It reduces damage around the jaw and also reduces the risk of conccusion.

Every mouth is diffrent so there for every gum shield should be moulded to fit perfectly when ever you play hokey or when you are in physical contact in a game.

The best way to get your gum shield fitted right is to go and see your dentist this is only because then your mouth is secure with the right sized gum shield.

What i liked about this protective equipment..

I liked the comftebalness around the gums it diddent irritate me one bit and also it rduced me from getting injured and worse.

The thing i didnt like about it was...

the feel of it when i put it in my mouth and when i took it out becuase the material was rubber and you can get other materials . soo good luck hope it helps. x and also hint.the GUMSHIEL you can get these from schools and dentists and also online x
