Rawlings Rush Comp

Rawlings Rush Lite (not the gold) is a bat my son used for the first time this year. I have been in baseball almost 30 years now, and all I can say is WOW!!! We used to be DeMarini snobs and only used that bat. While DeMarini and Easton are fine brands their individual construction does not have the POP or SWEET SPOT of the Rawling Rush Lite.

We fell in love with this bat and I have bought every size up for my son to continue with his growth and a -3 drop down. The extended sweet spot is amazing, and he increased his batting average aroung 150 pts with 2 additional home runs. Not sure about the commnets that say there is no "pop" because the ball jumps off the bat!!! I think they might be confusing a lack of a "ping" sound when you hit because this bat is composite and not aluminum (will sound more like a wood bat). Anyway my youngest son also plays competitive travel and I am trying to convinve him to move away from DeMarinin to Rawlings Rush Lite. He is a .419 hitter but would easily be in the 550-600 range with the Rush Lite (much more pop).

Great bat my favorite I have ever owned. It has great feel and durability. When you hit it hard you knowit and the ball is rocketed. It can hurt your hands so wear batting gloves. It has everything a bat needs. One slight problem is that it does not have terrific distance. It just has ok distance. This bat will not break and is very reliable back when I was in little league I hit 2 out in 5 or 6 games, one of which being a walk off grand slam.

I bought the Rawlings Rush Comp for my son at the end of June 09 for the start of district LL play. He wanted to try his own composite bat rather than the Voodoo and F3 he had. Since it was the end of his little league experience, I didn't want to go crazy paying for a bat he was going to use for maybe a month. He used the bat in the cages and during practice trying to speed up the break in process. He tried the bat interspersed with the Titans, Exo's and Voodoos of his teammates. He said that he felt the Rush was giving him good "pop". I couldn't tell because of the dull sound composite bats give off. Last night he hit his first HR, a walk off, grand slam, bottom of the 6th, deep center field, with the Rawlings Rush. The look on his face as he rounded the bases, well, What can I say....Great Bat!

This bat is just like the plasma it has liquid metal to charge the pop in the bat. It is a great bat for a travel ball player. It has a very large sweet spot. This Rawlings bat stings your hands if not hit on the right spot.

my son plays 12u AAA we bought the Rawlings Rush Comp bat at the beginning of the season and he loves it. The bat has a ton of pop and a huge sweet spot and now alot of the kids are leaving their stealths and demarinis on the fence and using his Rush Lite.

I dont like rawling bats i only trust demereni easton and omaha

I really think this would be the bat to get!! I liked that the bat had good pop to it and was very durable compared to the gold rush. Which was very dependable. I recommend the Rawlings Rush Comp because its a great baseball bat

I would not recommend this or any Rawlings bat based on experience. This was the only manufacturer we've used until now. We are switching.

Bad bat not worth cash go for demarini products. I really didnt like the Rawlings Rush Comp baseball bat; there are many other better ones so try them.

The Rawlings Rush Comp is a great baseball bat. Good pop!Nice size barrel! Stings if not in the sweet spot.
